We take a handful of teams from the East and Western Conference and break them down, not to mention our popular weekly segments the ‘Jersey Worthy’ and ‘Brain Fart’ awards.

Minisode:
After every recorded episode, we leave the record button ‘On’ and let the topics run free. Things can get out out of hand (and most times do) but that is the beauty of a minisode.
